Acupressure is a method that is very easy and cheap, since it only requires two hands to overcome the pain you feel.
The principle of acupressure comes from the medical treatment of the East, where the presence known in the flow of the body’s vital energy (known as Chi or Qi (China) and Ki (Japan)).
